Refund policy

Goods that have been CUT OFF THE ROLL ie. "a bespoke" order are NOT refundable.

If goods are returned to us in a non saleable condition or they have been damaged we are unable to offer you a refund.

We recommend you order a sample if you are unsure about a fabric or fabric product. Please send a self addressed stamped envelope to: Derby Cloth House, 45-46 Sadler Gate, Derby. DE1 3NQ. Enclose a small cover note of the samples required including the product name and colour- Maximum of 5 samples. 

We are unable to offer a refund on goods that have been cut or used under any circumstances

We are unable to return any products that are FLAME RETARDANT due to their safety aspect.

If an order is cancelled BEFORE it has been processed, cut, packed and dispatched from us, we will refund you the total value of the order minus any transactions fees charged to us by Paypal or Stripe.
